Vending machines from Autobar currently serve over 5 million beverages every working day, from over 100,000 customers across Europe.

In Ireland, we have a dedicated team of over 40 locally based service technicians and operators, so there is always one close at hand.

Service is core to our values. By knowing and listening to our customers, we feel this gives us a special advantage within the vending industry.

At Autobar Vending, we are continuously reviewing our service operations.  We regularly train our technical and operating staff keeping them up-to-date on product and machine development, plus we liaise with our European colleagues in order to find 'best practice'.

Our service provides a range of customer focused support that includes:

 Monday to Friday coverage (08:30am - 17:00pm).
 Weekend cover.
 Fast, responsive service with a high percentage first time fix rate.
 Fully operated service.
 Knowledge and expertise that comes from decades of experience.
 Contracts and preventative maintenance.

With our newly established customer service network, we aim to give  first class local care and attention to our customers on a local basis, which is supported and resourced by an all Ireland service structure.
